My mission at 365 Yoga Dream is simple: to make the healing power of yoga available to everyone, regardless of physical ability or chronic conditions. Living with MS and chronic pain doesn’t mean you have to give up on movement—it means rediscovering movement in a way that honors your body’s unique needs.
By combining my clinical background in public health with my passion for Hatha and Chair Yoga, I provide tools that help you manage fatigue, find strength in stillness, and reclaim your joy.
