I love watching this video because it is very unusual for me to see kids doing yoga. Some might say that they are still young for stuff like this. But if that is going to help them understand things that can amen them healthier and achieve piece of mind, would we rather take it away from them? Kids doing yoga is one of the things that made me smile today. I am happy to see that yoga is not exclusive to older people anymore and we are now more open with this idea that will surely be helpful to all of us! Leave a Reply. |
