•Value yourself •Take care of your body •Surround yourself with authentic people (no fake friends) • Be of service to others(volunteer) •Try meditation 5 mins a day (mindfulness) •Break up the monotony(change your route) •Seeking help is a sign of strength not a weakness. (Therapy/counseling) •Watch out for thinking traps ( don’t hold on to negative thoughts or feelings) •Exercise just 30 mins a day (walk, yoga, get on the move) •Have fun! ( Do what you enjoy and brings you inner peace!)
