Focusing on my nutrition has played large part in my fight against multiple sclerosis. International women’s day should always be celebrated in thew most ideal way possible. It should always be about empowering each other and standing up for each other because that’s what the social day is for. I am happy that you guys have found different kinds of joy in doing yoga. I can just imagine how fun it was for everyone who were part of the celebration. Aside from the fact that it’s good for the health, we also get the chance to learn a lot from it!
