This activity called "empowerment yoga" looks pretty cool! How I wish I was able to be part of this yoga session since women there look like they are there for each other. There weren't just doing pure yoga routines, but they were there because they want to remind each and everyone that they are all worth it. Well, I am hoping that more and more women would love to be part of the movement. I enjoyed watching the video because I saw how much you love what you guys were doing at that moment.
