This March, I am proud to recognize the intersection of MS Awareness Month and Women's History Month.
I am thrilled to announce that my publication, Chair Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis and Chronic Pain, is now available through Walmart.

Accessibility in healthcare and wellness is a critical issue. As a female author and advocate, my goal is to provide evidence-based, low-impact tools that improve the quality of life for those navigating MS and chronic illness. By expanding distribution through a national retailer, we ensure these vital resources reach those who need them most.
